We are a Florida-based marketplace designed to connect local producers—farmers, ranchers, and fishermen—directly with consumers. We are here to help ensure your experience is safe, transparent, and fair.

2. Marketplace Role

US AUCTION LIVE acts solely as a venue. We provide the platform for Producers to list products and for Consumers to purchase them via auction or “Buy Now” formats.

• Producers are responsible for the quality, safety, and delivery of their products.

• Consumers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions and fulfilling payments promptly.

3. Florida Consumer Rights & Cancellations

Because this platform operates out of Florida, all transactions are subject to applicable Florida law. Consumers have the right to cancel certain transactions within three (3) business days of purchase, in accordance with Florida’s consumer protection statutes. 4. Producer Responsibilities (Farmers & Ranchers)

By registering as a Producer, you certify that:

• You hold all necessary permits and licenses required by the State of Florida or the State that you are selling from — USA ONLY.

• Your product descriptions are accurate, and you possess the inventory listed.

• You are solely responsible for the safe and timely delivery of goods to the Consumer.

• You agree to our 3% flat fee on all successful transactions, which is deducted at the time of sale.

5. Consumer Responsibilities

By bidding on or purchasing items, you agree that:

• You are entering a binding contract to purchase the item if you win the auction or select “Buy Now.”

• You will pay the final price plus any applicable shipping or taxes.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

While we strive to vet our producers, US AUCTION LIVE does not inspect every individual item listed. We are not responsible for any physical harm, illness, or damages arising from the consumption or use of products sold through our platform. We are here to help mediate disputes, but final liability rests with the Producer.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from the use of this site shall be resolved in the courts located in Florida.
